Slow Looking & Slow Stitching is an online group art therapy program that invites participants to pause, observe, and create with intention. Through mindful art viewing and gentle hand stitching, the group supports emotional awareness, stress reduction, and self-compassion. No artistic experience is needed; the focus is on presence, process, and connection within a safe, supportive space for all participants together.
